Right of withdrawal for Boardly Premium
When you buy Boardly Premium on boardly.online, you have a right of withdrawal under Norwegian consumer law. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of purchase, without giving a reason.
If you withdraw within that time, we refund everything you paid for the purchase no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. The money goes back by the same payment method you used, with no fee.
Premium starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, because you ask us to at checkout. That does not affect your right of withdrawal: you can still withdraw within 14 days and get the full amount back.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw from the contract before the 14 days are over. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.

- With the form below: Copy the text, fill in the blanks and send it to us by email. Include the email address of your Boardly account so we can find the purchase. If you send the form on paper, print it and sign it.
What happens next
- We confirm by email that we have received your notice.
- We refund the full amount within 14 days and the subscription ends. Nothing further is charged.
After the 14 days
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your profile page. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. If you cancel a yearly plan early, we refund the unused whole months.
